Thank-you for your assistance in booking this hotel. Your service is Excellent, however the hotel is nothing near a 5 star hotel: Rooms too small, beds extremely hard (feels like sleeping on the floor), breakfast food was not good at all and what I think its the most important issue in a 5 star Hotel: Nobody spoke English, at least during our stay, they knew a few words but it was frustrating even trying to get directions for a drugstore.....
Still travel china guide services were and are excellent.

However, the hotel is not as pleasant as your booking service. The hotel has an ordinary facility which looks more like a three or four star hotel rather than a five star one in our country. The guestroom is clean but a little small. The bed is not comfortable at all. We will not return to it nor recommend it to anyone.

I accompanied my husband on his business trip and we stayed 4 nights in the Horizon hotel. The suits were spacious, but the beds very uncomfortable and hard.
We didn?t find the food in the restaurants very spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful, service was OK. Not a 5 star hotel to European standards.
