As I know, most hotels in China could only provide 220 voltages’ electricity plug. Thus, it would be better for you to carry an adapter when visiting China.

You can take subway line 2 to Haizhu Square in Yuexiu District to visit both gift and flower wholesales. It is about 140kms from Shenzhen to Guangzhou. And for the direct transfer from Shenzhen Airport to Guangzhou, there is no direct shuttle except for chartered buses. Or, you can take the bus K568 to the Luohu Railway Station first and then take a train to Guangzhou Railway Station. And the hotel is just about 3.5kms from the Guangzhou railway station.
