This hotel looks old from outside but from evening it turns to bright. They provide good service and the staff very helpful and understanding English. Only the place is quite, good for travelers who avoid crowded areas.

I would rate this overall staying experience about Hotel Jumbo Zhuhai as excellent. Value for money. Well maintained facilities and courteous staff. Good location as it is closed to many restaurants from 5 star restaurant (Yi Jian) - 3 minutes walk to roadside stall. Hotel has massaged and foot reflexology - very good standard, ambience and super cheap 40 Yuan per hour. Enjoyed many hours of massage. Nearby hotel has hairdresser - 15Y per hair wash with massage - so relaxing. Hotel is clean and comfortable and 3 fast lifts. Strongly recommended for travelers. Much better than my hotel in Guangzhou.

we stay 1 night on 10/12/2010 (Friday); the hotel looks a bit old but quite clean. We consists of 3 adults and 1 child, stay at family room (1 queen bed and 1 single bed)
we found it quite spacious (considering we are Asians )
The location is not bad; it cost only RMB10 by taxi, and less then 5 mins to Gongbei check point.
It’s easy to get taxi either, even in the 7am morning can find lots of taxis passing by.

" according to the regulations of tourism bureau, now almost all hotels in Zhuhai have cancelled free supply of disposable daily necessities" We returned 1 week later to stay 3 days in Zhuhai and made our own accommodations at a hotel so much nearer to Gongbei Port. We had soap, toothbrush, and comb. Shampoo and body gel from the dispenser at the showers. If that's the answer you are getting from the hotel, please at least inform us to bring our own. I refused to pay rmb38. I went out to buy my own.

No I shall NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. The location is not good. It is not what was described.
