Since your reply of confirmation seemed a little bit late for my departure, I just got the confirmation of reservation after my trip; however, I still could use your previous reply to get the hotel room. Thanks again for your follow-up.
As the short distance of Hotel Jumbo Zhuhai from Gongbei Immigration, only RMB 10 for taxi service, most of the taxi drivers provided their services reluctantly. We've costed double from the dishonest driver. Actually, the Hotel is a bit old but still good with friendly staffs and ample and spacious area. There's still some room for improvement especially in the breakfast buffet.
It is a very fantastic experience with appreciation through TCG Booking Center, time will be saved in worrying about the accommodations of the trip due to its high efficiency and prompt reply. If the reply on confirmation can be reached the travelers asap, then our mind will be eased.

For the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds in the hotel were rather hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was also not very good.
For the booking, everything was ok although I had difficulty using PayPal. My suggestion is that we can pay direct to company too.
