Landmark Hotel is the best hotel for your money, really convenient for the Pearl river, wholesale sites and shopping streets. Excellent service! The beds have been upgraded and can compare to the 4 stars hotels in HK. Great restaurants in the hotel and all around the hotel , from McD to the great Seafood one around the corner. The view from the 27th floor was great and the foot massage on the 7th floor cannot be beat for price and service. However, some sight were not marked on the map, and when questioned, the front office staff were not able to provide proper information on exact location and how to go by public bus or train. They just requested that you take a taxi. The hotel should upgrade their beds. The staff were very helpfull and the food was good. Everything is in place and order as per scheduled. I do not face any problems in any ways including checking in, extending check out time, etc. In fact, this Hotel recommened by TCG is so great that I would stayed again for my next trip which will be in Jan 07. The service level is very good, with cheeful, helpful and sincere staffs etc. Help was been offered without being asked when we were loading cargoes from vendors etc. All our requests are being timely fulfilled without fail. And the security is great, we do feel very safe indeed. Well, so far, I did not find any reasons which will stop me from booking Hotel Landmark Canton via TCG in future. But of cause, if the hotel can provide us with some, maybe discounts, that will be an additional plus point then :P Overall, it is great and good. Thanks for your recommendation. Indeed my friends and I had a great experience with the Hotel. We schedule to arrive the hotel @ 1am on 5 Aug 06 but due to the flight delay, we only manage to arrive at 5am instead, with a call to the hotel, the staffs is so accomodating and service orientated to make the necessary changes to meet our demand. Also, the service standard of the staffs of Hotel Landmark Canton are really great. We had seeked advise from them on the places of interest, and misc info about the GZ, including transportation (to Shenzhen and other towns), food, shopping etc and we had been well advised. And the bonus point is, their advise is really helpful to us. Security in the hotel is marvellous. The staffs are friendly and are willing to help at any time, even in wee hours. Last but not least, TCG had really make a great recommendation and I will continue to use their services when I am going for another trip. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.
