Staying at Hotel landmark was a wonderful experience. The location was very good. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness was amazing. Food is a bit expensive. Only the reception staff should know better English.

We highly appreciate all your kind efforts to perfect our service. The tracking No. is only used to trace the emails between customers and our booking center. It is not applicable for the hotel staff to find your reservation for your check in purpose.
Some hotels will offer confirmation numbers to guests for their confirmed booking but this hotel does not have. So, for these hotels which do not offer confirmation numbers, you just need to tell the hotel staff your name when you check in. Hope for your better understanding.
Service in the hotel is okay, not great. They are one of China's top 100 hotels apparently, which might explain why their attitude is a little less helpful than in the smaller hotels. Decor is so-so, some of the rooms look a little old. Breakfast on the top floor of the hotel is not worth the 88 yuan unless your room doesn't have a view. There are plenty of good cafes in the neighbourhood. Value for money is good, there are plenty of other hotels in the center of Guangzhou that cost more and offer less.
I recommend Hotel Landmark Canton, and for me it is a no-brainer to stay here each time I visit Guangzhou.
