Location of hotel is good. View is good. (We stay in a Elite river-view room). Surprise to see a little pillow when we go back to the hotel on the first night. They might have noticed we have a little boy in the room. My boy is overjoyed to receive two little kit Kat chocolates every night we went back to the room.

I chose Hotel Landmark Canton after reading good reviews online. Location of hotel is about 40-50mins during peak hours and 20-30mins by cab during off-peak hours from the airport. Staffs at hotel are helpful and polite. However, I did not like the fact that although I had made advance reservation, I was made to wait an hour for my room when I checked-i n. The room I got had a good view of the river, was spacious enough and clean. However, the king size bed was rather hard and was joined together using two beds). The lights were easy to control using the panel on the bedhead (it is really annoying going around the room switching off lights in some hotels).
It is easy to find food within and surrounding the hotel. The hotel has a few restaurants which serve good dim-sum, hotpot, etc. Price is reasonable and they are crowded during meal times. There is a seafood restaurant adjacent to the hotel that serves good food. Price is reasonable to me. There are also other local foods that are very much cheaper near to the hotel. There are several clubs near to the hotel (one next to it), a few shopping malls and a hospital within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to especially first timers in Guangzhou.

The hotel is OK it has v good lobby and it’s beautiful from in side also good view and fantastic breakfast.
But the room (3713) I had its not that good. The toilet is smell Very bad and one of the bed make noise when you tarn left or right during slabbing and the alarm its not working also the Corbet isn't clean. I don't think i will recommend this hotel to my friend.
