Hotel Nikko Hong Kong was opened in 1988. It is located in the advantageous place of eastern Tsim Sha Tsui and faces the Victoria Harbor, having the panoramic view of the Harbor in eyes. The hotel has a perfect location, adjoining the prosperous commercial district with shopping, catering and entertainment together in eastern Tsim Sha Tsui. As to transportation, it can extend to all directions while the design of the hotel is magnificent and elegant. The hotel possesses 462 various rooms, part of which allow tourists to enjoy the full view of Victoria Harbor. The commercial floors of the twelfth, fourteenth and fifteenth floors have exclusive recreation and business centers, and the commercial floors provide various VIP service and commercial service. Hotel Nikko Hong Kong has seven dining-halls and bars with different styles, offering diverse international food. I usually don’t write reviews but our stay at the Hotel Nikko was excellent. Hotel Nikko is in the east of Tsim Sha Tsui, next to InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong. There are not so many stores around. It costs about HKD25 to the shopping center if by taxi. The room is big and with international standard. It may be a good choice to do a morning exercise near the Mody Road Park.

Overall stay at the hotel is pleasant. The hotel and the room are ok. The sea-view room is very common for it does not face the sea directly. The only problem is that you need to walk for 10 minutes to get to the hotel after taking a metro. Surely, there is fast transportation method like take a cab if you do not care the charge.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in Nikko hotel. The room is spacious and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. It? within walking distance to MTR, Star ferry and some good shopping mall. There are also some good bars and restaurants in the vicinity facing to road overlooking the lights of HK island. The breakfast selection was good and the food in the restaurant was great. Service of the staff was all right but could be better.
