Hotel Information
General
At the heart of the Nikko experience are our 463 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, many with views of Victoria Harbour that are simply unmatched elsewhere. Each is a private sanctuary that combines all the functionality and amenities a visitor-on-the-go could ever require, with the look and feel of a chic and modern home. Indeed, our rooms are custom-designed to meet the needs and preferences of all our guests, including the physically challenged.Electronically controlled curtains, an LCD TV (in selected rooms), 24/7 in-room broadband internet access, a well-stocked mini bar, in-room tea/coffee-making facilities, 24-hour room service and an in-room safety deposit box large enough to store a laptop and are just some of the touches that make the Nikko guestroom a self contained home-away-from-home.The hotel also has a well-defined no-smoking policy, laid down in line with the Hong Kong Government's newly amended Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap. 371). With due concern for the health and welfare of all the hotel's guests, visitors and staff, smoking is prohibited in all guestroom corridors, lift lobbies, restrooms, restaurants and bars, as well as the Japanese garden on the 4/F of the hotel. Smokers may, however, still light up in the privacy of their guestroom - except of course on dedicated No-Smoking Floors - and in the driveway at the main entrance of the hotel.

Dining Option
  • Variety and value are the order of the day at Caf Serena, one of hotel Nikko Hongkong's most popular dining outlets. Combining the best of western and regional Asian dishes in a comprehensive a la carte menu, this refreshingly casual-style eatery - looking out on Victoria Harbour on the one side and the hotel's atrium lobby on the other - also serves a lavish buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a delightful selection of snacks from afternoon to late evening. Cafe Serena is likewise the site of some of Hotel Nikko Hongkong's most exciting food promotions.

First I would like to express my gratitude towards TCG booking center. Our special requests are fully attended to. The booking is also easy and the response is prompt. Thank you very much. Of course, we will only use your booking center to arrange my trip.

Overall stay at the hotel is pleasant. The hotel and the room are ok. The sea-view room is very common for it does not face the sea directly. The only problem is that you need to walk for 10 minutes to get to the hotel after taking a metro. Surely, there is fast transportation method like take a cab if you do not care the charge.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in Nikko hotel. The room is spacious and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. It? within walking distance to MTR, Star ferry and some good shopping mall. There are also some good bars and restaurants in the vicinity facing to road overlooking the lights of HK island. The breakfast selection was good and the food in the restaurant was great. Service of the staff was all right but could be better.
