Generally, it is not allowed. I think you may check with the hotel for the free transfer.

One extra bed could be added in the hotel’s grand deluxe room. However, at most 3 persons could be accommodated in this case. Thus, you would better book 3 rooms in total for a comfortable stay.

Well, our hotel does not provide free bus between airport and hotel. But free shuttles are available to Macau Ferry Terminal. About the breakfasts, you could book at the hotel reception when you check in since the room rate doesn't include breakfasts.

Hello, of course you can check-in around 24.00 or 01:00, but you are required to pay for the whole night room rate. The last free shuttle bus from Macau ferry terminal to the hotel is at 24:00 and the earliest one is at 09:00 each day. Normally, the check-out time is 12:00 and most hotels could keep the luggage for you for longer time, but it might cause extra charges. Besides, the extra bed could not be added in the standard rooms. The standard room is equipped with one queen bed (1.8mX2.0m) or two single beds (1.2mX1.8m).

Hi, the Deluxe Room is also equipped with one queen bed (1.8mX2.0m) or two single beds (1.2mX1.8m).
