Booking arrangement and checking into Sintra was trouble free.
Room was assigned to our request of "non smoking".
Hotel staff was helpful and to our satisfaction.
Room quality and size, arrangement inside was of 6 out of maximum 10.

What we missed from the hotel was the fruit basket which we received in our previous visit, one month ago.
Also missing was the English newspaper in the morning.
This newspaper was again distributed to the room in our previous visit.

Room rates charged were higher than the advertised rate in the website.
There was no mention the 2nd, and 3rd, night charge is much higher than advertised.
Suggest that your website room rate shall be accurate for week days and for weekends etc.

On the whole duration our stay was comfortable.

We were informed by the hotel that during your previous stay at the hotel, the hotel did offer fruit basket since your stay period is during the promotion. The hotel does provide newspaper during both of your stay period. As for the miss of the newspaper in your room, we are sorry that the hotel staff might forget to supply new ones for you. However, since the room rate of all the hotels in Hong Kong and Macau changes daily and they seldom give the notice regarding the change of the room rate, we will always recheck the room rate with the hotels before making the reservations. Hotel location is good which provides easy access to shopping center and city center. The hotel is near some famous tourist attractions, including the famous Ruins of St Paul (about 10 minutes walk). The bellboy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Service provided by the hotel is pleasant. The room is comfortable although it was a little bit noisy outside at night. We stayed there for three days and it is definitely value for the money we have spent.

The hotel would be better if lobby is much larger. Besides, we wish there will be free internet access service in the future. If not, we will also like to return it any time.

Hotel booking through TCG booking center is reliable.

Great hotel offers excellent service and has cooperation with wonderful booking company; I would like to highly recommend both of them to all ?TravalChinaGuide booking center and Hotel Sintra.
I was very satisfied with TCG booking service, they offer efficient service. I had no problem with my reservation in all the hotels in China.
