Hotel World Plaza is very beautiful and well decorated. The hotel is located in the South Technological Development Center of Urumqi. One problem is that the hotel is far from the airport and the train station, thus it costs much for the transportation. The hotel room is also well decorated; the air-conditioner and TV all work well. The restaurant in the hotel provides good breakfast (I only booked the breakfast in the hotel). The hotel staff was very kind and they provide professional service.
