When I checked in, the receptionist offered me a room with two beds because the room I booked was very small but I said all I needed was one bed. I regretted not having taken up her offered because the room was indeed small and the shower was right on top of the toilet leaving very little space for anything else. Upon showering, the floor remains wet and the bathroom becomes almost unusable. Otherwise, the hotel is a first class operation staffed with very competent employees. I was disappointed that they did not provide wifi in the rooms.

This hotel is fantastic Location Location!! Staff friendly so helpfull. They collected us from the airport as there is no shuttle. Great service++ We decided to extend our stay for 7 days. Room service is great. All staff so willing to try to understand us Aussies. Would highly recommend this place. Breakfast is Ok better than we have had anywhere else this time in China. Bus stops at the door. Buy a map from the front desk 6yuan. Saves you wandering around. Shopping is fantastic also.

Booking was smooth as usual no problems. Thank you so much.

The hotel was the best hotel I stayed at in a 6 week trip through China, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Service was great and the room was perfect. I would definitely go through the whole process through your travel agency again next time.
