The Huaneng hotel is a 4-star hotel, which is situated on Quancheng Road, the prosperous business district in Jinan. It is about 40 km from the airport and about 4.5 kilometers from the railway station. As far as the hotel goes it was terrific, service, staff, business centre etc was very good despite my lack of Mandarin I managed to communicate my needs quite well. The hotel staff organized my flights and forward hotel which I had forgotten to do, even got me to the airport at 6am. Food was amazing and I really enjoyed the stay. Location was rather industrial but for me perfect. The average western tourist would find it a bit trying due to the difference in languages and they are probably a bit more demanding than I. I enjoy the people and not the surrounds. I will definitely use your services again, thank you.

Our experience at the Huaneng Hotel in Jinan last February was fine. It is conveniently located for exploring the city and the nearby restaurant area was fun and reasonable. We walked to the pear Spring and Lake area with ease. The hotel is not really at a 4star level but it was clean and service was as expected. No staff spoke English, which could be a problem in the future. As I was traveling with a student, they made no attempt to understand or encourage my admittedly limited mandarin.
I am very happy with the services provided by TCG and will use your group again in the fall hen I return from Canada.

Thank you for your booking service, excellent work and excellent staff.
I stayed in the hotel two months ago with my family and it was an ordinary hotel which should be rated as a three star at most. The hotel staff was not very efficient and they kept us wait a long time at the reception. The hotel looks dated and the facilities need renovation. The room was not spacious enough. The bathroom has a poor light and the towels and washcloths seemed old and not clean. The breakfast was poor in variety and the taste was ok. However, the hotel location is convenient, near the city center and commercial areas.

Huaneng Hotel is a very beautiful hotel in Jinan, not only the Exterior, but also the hotel room, hotel restaurant and the swimming pool. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel.
One month earlier, I booked this hotel on internet with TCG, I was very satisfied with TCG service, and I booked hotels and flight tickets with this booking center before this reservation, so I do not worry about my reservation, because TCG always make the beast arrangement for me. And actually, I had no problem with this hotel reservation, I checked into the hotel and the receptionist found my reservation easily. Definitely, I will use your service again.
The hotel room is very clean, and all facilities are very new and work well. The hotel breakfast is delicious and fresh ?a very good hotel.
