 This hotel is a five star hotel up to our expectation. Firstly the hotel has a very convenient location, enjoys easy transportation to the airport and the train station. the hotel staffs are very kind and helpful and the guest room is clean and spacious, all facilities are ok. i would like to stay in this hotel again.

I was very happy with my stay at Huatian Hotel in Changsha. The Hotel is absolutely nice with a good service. I only checked out two days before scheduled because I had to fly back to France for urgent business. This is the only reason.
Be sure I will use again your services when I travel to China. Thank you very much for your assistance.

I am also very satisfied with the facility. Huatian Hotel is a perfect place to be and the staff is very helpfull and friendly.I am sure I will stay in Huatian again when I visit Changsha. I have good memories of the hotel.

I am very satisified with the services of TCG Hotel Booking Centre, and you
will certainly be my first choice for making future hotel bookings in China.
Though my permanent home is in England, I am temporarily living and working
in Taiwan and hope to use the opportunity to see as much of China as I can
while I am out here.
I was also very satisfied with both the hotels that I booked through you,
the Golden Elephant in Guilin and the Huatian in Changsha. In particular,
the Huatian in Changsha was an excellent hotel with very good facilities and
was much better than I expected it to be.

The service for the booking of the hotel was very, very good. Next time i will again book a hotel with TravelChinaGuide. Also with Huatian Hotel in Changsha, I was very satiesfied. Everything is OK.

Everything was fine, the only comment I have is that in the Huatina Hotel I tryed to call by phone to my office in Mexico and couldn't do it, so I call the operator to help me to make the call and she could hardly speak english and couldn't help me at all. In general I think the Huatian Hotel needs to improve in the english speaking of their staff. I will suggest also to include more occidental options of food for the restaurants and room
service.
