The hotel was excellent, good location, well priced, good food, the breakfasts and types of food available at breakfast was absolutely brilliant.

We were on the 27th floor, called the Executive floor. Our only complaint was the staff on this particular floor; EVERYTHING was too much of a problem for them. We tried to get an extra coffee sachet, even showed the empty sachet and were told we could have more tomorrow. A lot of good that did us then. Total disinterest. We were two couples and both couples formed the same opinion.
