The hotel is well located, close to Hongqiao airport. Staff is friendly but not that professional. The equipment is a bit out of date. The rest are all right.

- very nice and friendly staff;
- nice and well kept rooms, nice facilities, nice decorations in Christmas stile;
- location for us was good, good connection to highway and metro;
- it would be good if staff speak better English;
- western breakfast should be some more than butter and jam, not good.

The hotel staff was friendly and gave me a lot of help. But the others thing of the hotel is terrible, the breakfast is terrible, the room is terrible...
But the price is suitable for the walking- clients and it is convenient for the guests to go to the HongQiao airport. Er. just so-so
