Thank you for your assistance in reserving hotel accomodations during our recent trip to China. Both hotels worked out well. The Hyatt in Xi'an was especially good. The employees just knocked themselves out to try to please us. The buffet in the restaurant was excellent, the gadgetry in the rooms impressive and the hot tub and steam room a real treat. We used the travel service which was very helpful to get us last minute tickets to the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. The men who worked at the front door were exceptional in their attentiveness to help us get a car to drive us out to the Terra Cotta Warriors exhibit and again to the airport. Our only complaints: Neither place was able to give us a queen/king bed and the beds were very hard.(We had a very hard bed in another hotel we stayed in and wondered if this is just a cultural preference of the Chinese.) At our age, we need a little more cushioning. I found myself often tossing and turning trying to get comfortable, and then waking to aching hip bones. We would use your service again. The website was especially helpful in planning for our trip and in researching background information on China. Once again, thanks.
