Hotel Information

General

Yangshuo Imperial City Hotel opened in 2002 and redecorated in 2007. It was designed as four-star standard. The hotel is located at the entrance of the world famous West Street, with the Shuangyue stream on its left, the Green Lotus Peak on its right side, and Lijiang in front, the traffic is very convenient. The hotel has 43 rooms in various types, designed based on the ancient royal style—simple and unsophisticated, elegant, quite and comfortable, which make you feel like an emperor while living in. Every guest room provides cable television, broadband access and the central air conditioner. The hotel offers some other services, such as catering service, business center and tour service.

Good Hotel. I had a good time in this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. I booked a Courtyard Room, and at last the hotel updated for me a river view room. Staff is friendly and warmhearted.

The Imerial City hotel was clean, the location was great and the price was right. The staff and manager were very helpful and we would return there. No Western breakfast, but that was available nearby. Thank you again.

Dear Lena,

We had a wonderful time staying at the Imperial City Hostel in Yangshuo. The room were nice except the fact that it is a little dusty, probably been neglected for too long due to low occupancy. My parent's room had a rat that stole some of their food/bananas. Other than that, the location is great and the guy helping us booking tour etc (Mr.Wu) has been great. He is a natural concierge!!!

You guys at China Tour have been wonderful. Always very prompt and efficient! Congratulations on a job well done!

The proximity to the river and West Street make this hostel an ideal place to stay. The carpets everywhere are worn and need to be replaced, but in general the room was great, as we had a balcony overlooking the market area. There was no western breakfasts at the hostel, but plenty of good food nearby. Tour info was minimal

The hotel surrounding was OK. Hotel was too expensive for the quality of rooms and especially the service of the staff. Breakfast was so expensive and lousy, that we cancelled it. We compared the hotel to other local hotels and found that it was too expensive. Staff were friendly but useless and hardly anyone spoke English - this was much better in other hotels we checked out.
