We chose IT World hotel cos its reasonable price and not bad location (not far from the new fair). Generally speaking, the hotel was worth the money. But we still want to point out some defects: 1. Could smell out that the hotel was newly decorated. 2. The window of our room could not be opened. 3. Layout of bath room was a little strange: too little room for the shower, only one hole for drainage, not enough for draining the water when showering. Although the room was not very comfortable, the service of the hotel was beyond 4-star. Front desk speaks good English and greeting us always with smile. Other staff were also very polite and always tried to be helpful. We will stay in this hotel again even only for the service. Guest Name : Chan Kan Hiang Updated : 2008-1-2 We booked and paid this hotel for the Canton Fair in April through a travel agency two months before the fair to avoid the situation without the rooms when we arrive there.H/ever,when we arrived there,the staff told us they are sorry but they don?′t have any rooms for us and arranged us to another hotel which is not the same star near there.Even the manager tried to apologize for this result , but this problem might be happen again .Please be aware !!! However also very quite good hotel, modern rooms in style IT - technologies,cleanly, tidy, and to my partners was pleasant to me. It is possible to recommend safely as a budgetary variant, considering that the single room costs approximately 45,00 usd, and double 65,00 usd it is very inexpensive.
