I stayed in the hotel last year and I still remember it clearly. The hotel has a poor location. However, since Lhasa City is not big in size, the hotel is not difficult to find. The hotel is just opened in 2007 and all the facilities are new. The guestroom is tidy and the furniture is distinctive. There is no refrigerator or mini bar in the room. The staff are kind and friendly. The staff in the reception is not very efficient and professional for the check-in and check-out procedures. Besides, the tourism service in the business center of the hotel is bad.
The breakfast in the hotel is rather good. The western-style food is expensive.
Of course, the hotel is far behind a five-star hotel in the major cities. Bear in mind that you should not expect too much on the hotels in hinterland China, then you will enjoy the hotel.

I stayed in Jardin Secret Hotel for three nights; I was very satisfied with this hotel, comfortable and spacious room with beautiful curtain. The hotel hall is very spacious. The staffs in this hotel are very kind and courteous. The receptionist is efficient and patient and she speaks decent English. One problem is that the hotel breakfast is not fresh and always cold when I stayed in this hotel.
In all, thank you for your help during my trip in China, I would like to recommend this hotel as we as TCG booking service.
