We've had a very good experience of our 3 nights stay at the Hotel, it is of high accessibility from the Metro Station Dongdan and about 10 to 15 minutes to Wangfujing Shopping Centre on foot. It's location is so convenient with newly established Office Buildings and Banks surrounded. The staffs at the front desk were so helpful and courteous with very high efficiency. They offered great help in our reservation of a taxi to the Airport.

The facilities of the room are in good condition especially the air-condition. The house-keepers were so responsible and ready for help.

It was a very good experience to book hotel through TCG Booking Center for the prompt reply and sincere offer. The service is highly appreciated.

This is a splenid Hotel me and my family went their over the thanks giving breck and for me and my sister it felt like it was the best hotel in china. There was friendly service, bowling, swimming ping-pong, great dining, and it was very close to the mall, only 1 or 2 blocks away. I feel as though everyone should stay at this hotel and enjoy it as much as i did!

I also feel as though it should get more then 31/2 stars.

stayed there dec 28-jan 6. Beautiful hotel, not set up for international visitors. Biz center inadequate,menu in lobby retaurant/buffet area had 90% of the menu unavailable in the afternoon. This is not our 1st trip to China and to be honest, I was disappointed...Needs some work to be fully ready for the olympics and picky European and American travelers.
