The hotel and the services were good. We arrived @ 10.00am the room was ready for us to check in immediately. The location of the hotel was also good, close to place of interests and other commercial shops, so that you can plan your activities well. We will stay at Jianguo Qianmen Hotel again if we're in Beijing. The services provided by TCG were excellence. Timely responds of the requests and all the arrangements were done accordingly as per requests. We encountered no issue in checking in onto the hotel although we're arrived in the morning, and the arrangement to visit the great wall was great. Would like to recommend TCG to also provide a service in recommending good Restaurants around Beijing and its nearby in the future. Thank you for all the support and my family had a very good time during this visit with all your arrangement. Than, rooms and facilities didn't seem to be a 4star Hotel's and I still can not imagine why breakfast was so expensive (90RMB) compared to the ones we had in Beijing and Xi'an that were much more satisfying... :-))).
