The Century Swissbel Hotel in Jilin fulfilled all my expectations in every way and helped make my stay in Jilin and its Province a very satisfying one. My room and all services were top-notch. The food and view from the buffet restaurant were both great and the employees in the business center were wonderfully helpful with my travel arrangements. If I ever have another opportunity to travel to Jilin, I will head directly for the Century Hotel!
I was also completely delighted with the efficiency of the TCG Booking Center and for China would always go to your Center first because of the truly first class service you gave me. Please keep up your thoughtful, good work!

Century Swissbel Hotel where we stayed at was not as excellent as a real 5 star hotel. First, the hotel location was not good enough. Next to the hotel, there were local residential areas with car horns from time to time. The lobby was beautiful while the corridor smells. Our room was clean but the washing room was rather small. Besides, the facilities were dated. The staff was not responsive immediately and they made us waiting a long time for the meal and the luggage. The room rate and the charge of the meals were a little expensive in regarding of the hotel which was more like an economy one. What we spent in the hotel was not worth the price. We will try others if possible.

We stayed at the hotel for one day on business purpose and we would like to rate the hotel as a three star-rating one at most instead of a five star-rating on the advertisement. The exterior of the hotel looked magnificent and we believe this would mislead many people. The lobby was excellent and beautiful. When we check in the hotel, we did not find any ushers or usherette. Since the lobby was too spacious, we could not find the hotel reception at first. The service needs progress. The room we stayed at was spacious, but was not clean as we imagined which should be in accordance with the excellent lobby. The hotel was located near the railway and it would be upset to hear the noise of trains at night. Overall, we would like to try other hotels of Jilin if possible.
