This is the first time to book the hotel on line, so I? nerves about my booking at first. But when I took e a taxi after I got off my flight, I showed the hotel address ( just printed out the hotel address link you offered) to the driver, after 20 minutes later (it costs me CNY40.00 net one way from the airport to the hotel), I got to the hotel very smoothly. The room is clean and bright. Bed is very comfortable. I? very pleased with all the service from both you and hotel. Next time, if I have a chance to visit other cities in China, I will definitely book the hotel through you. Thank you again for your kind help! The hotel is close to the beautiful Yaojiang Park, which has a serene surrounding and convenient transportation. Thus the hotel has a good location. As for the hotel facilities, I was very satisfied; the hotel room is very clean and spacious. The air-conditioner worked well in the room. The hotel offered delicious breakfast. The hotel staff was kindly, most staff could not speak English, but some hotel staff speaks decent English. The hotel receptionist is helpful and efficient. I had no problem when I checked into the hotel. (I booked the hotel through TravelChinaGuide booking center on internet, I took nothing when I checked into the hotel, I just showed by passport. My name was totally correct) Thank you for the excellent service of TCG and the hotel. I would like to recommend both TCG service and the hotel to everyone, and I will use your service next time.
