The booking service was very good and it all went thru quickly and without problem. The hotel however was very poor. They advertised themselves as a first class place but there were many things that did not work in the room or were poorly maintained. Also the location was not as we expected.

This is the first time to book the hotel on line, so I nerves about my booking at first. But when I took e a taxi after I got off my flight, I showed the hotel address (just printed out the hotel address link you offered) to the driver, after 20 minutes later (it costs me CNY40.00 net one way from the airport to the hotel), I got to the hotel very smoothly. The room is clean and bright. Bed is very comfortable. I'm very pleased with all the service from both you and hotel. Next time, if I have a chance to visit other cities in China, I will definitely book the hotel through you.
