Hi, as I know, you can guarantee the room with your credit card for your late check-in. As for the non-smoking room, u can ask them to arrange it for you when submitting the online form. Anyway, you'd better make an online booking first and they will reply you in details.

Dear Mrs.Buge, the room rate of July 7th, 2011 is CNY249.00 per night per room without breakfast. And you can check it on the page by yourself. For the reservation, you could just make an online booking on the page directly. But you're required to guarantee your booking if you check in after midnight. Besides, we offer free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel from 05:30 am to 23:30 pm daily. If you arrive after 23:30, you can take an taxi to our hotel instead.

Generally, for most hotels, even though you stay 6 hours, you still need to pay one whole day's room rate. As for the single and cheap room, maybe Jin Jiang Inn East Shanghai Pudong Airport can meet your budget.
