I am writing to let you know that I enjoyed my recent stay at Jin Jiang Inn Pudong Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was pleasant, modern and clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport. And a very good value. I would stay there again if passing through Pudong Airport. The booking process with TCG Booking Center was very easy. The confirmation via internet was timely. I would be pleased to use the service again should I return to China.

Hi, The hotel location is very convenient and close to the airport - The staff was very helpful - No coffee for breakfast, this was not a good experience

The hotel is a new hotel, very compact compared to most hotels, comfortable, well designed and very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and the ones I spoke to also spoke english. Checkin was a little slow but not bad. I think someone was being trained! I stayed there for one night while waiting for my flight home. I did not have dinner there but did have breakfast. A buffet style with chinese foods and western foods. Coffee, tea and fruit juice. Plenty enough to eat. A comfortable hotel for short stays. Perfect for stopovers. Close to airport, about 3km, A shuttle bus service is provided free of charge. If I need to stopover a night again in Shanghai Pu Dong I would use this hotel.
