When TCG wrote to inform me that "the hotel will not provide the washing necessity for the check-in guests, like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush and the comb, you need to take by yourself", I was expecting a run-down hotel. I was pleasantly surprise when I enter the check-in lobby. I was also impressed with the hotel room. Clean and superior. I think what the hotel meant to tell TCG is that they will not provide the used-once-and-throw toothbrush, soap and shampoo. They do, provide a soap and shampoo dispenser. They even provided slippers that are not those used-once-and-throw type. Overall, its good to know that they are moving towards being environmentally friendly. Location wise is also good, walking distance to the Ming wall and Guangji Gate and the many shops and street foods.

Basically, we are very happy with the service provided by the hotel; Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Food and service that provided in the hotel restaurant is also good. Location of the hotel was also found good and adequate as it is so close to most of the attractions and we also like it to be so close to the resident area so that we can experience the native life style.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the front desk staffs who helping us to get transportation for our trip to 凤翔峡and other places. We enjoyed ourselves very much in Chaozhou. Thank you very much for your service being rendered.

I was in this hotel in oct. 2007 for 5 days and I enjoy. Very clean, very nice persons who want to help you every moment. Very nice barkeeper (female) but indeed there where a few of persons with a (too) little knowledge from English. The Chinese breakfast was marvelous...I recommend this real Chinese hotel..I loved the managers and his personal there.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights with my friends in China, and I was satisfied with the hotel service, room is very clean and comfortable, but not spacious like another three star hotel in Chanzhou I stayed in last time. the hotel location is good, enjoys easy transportation everywhere, the airport, the train station and the city center.
I booked the hotel with TCG booking center, this is my first time to use internet booking service, and I really appreciate TCG booking service, very easy and efficient. Highly recommended.
