For Question 1 - The hotel has a good location. I had an executive deluxe room, but I found the room has a poor size as its standard. The hotel facilities are moderate and the service is behind a five star hotel. The staff in the reception is not efficient and we wait for nearly half an hour for the check-in procedure.
For Question 2 - Yes, your booking center is prompt in response and helpful. Thanks very much for the help you have provided.

Without your Help I will not be able to do anything as English is a very Big Problem in That particular Area. Your Hotel bookings were Apt and as per my instructions. So rating of Booking Experience is EXCELLENT. Everything was perfect. The Dates as well as Rates as per your mail. No Hassles.
My only advice - Please ensure if you can, Pick Up Facility from Airport to hotel. You can charge that extra amount from us because by the time i reached Kunming banks were closed and no Exchange facility. I took Cab to hotel for 50 Yuan and then i exchange dollars into yen from Hotel and Give.
This is my only advice. If you could do better, its Ok.
The overall staying experience about Kai Wah Plaza International Hotel, Kunming (including the facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings.) was excellent as it was the best hotel there. I prefer Quality. so its ok .
But now i have really become a fan of yours and will for future travels to China will book through you only.
