Adjacent to Kunming International Trade Center, Kai Wah Plaza International Hotel is ideally situated in the city's central business district with a panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains. Standing 150m high, it is one of the tallest landmark buildings in Kunming. The hotel looks very modern with impressive facades of coated glass imported from Belgium. I had stayed in the hotel and find the room nice and neat. I love the Chinese restaurant and had taken no less then 4 meals there. The bell boy is helpful in getting our luggage and getting taxi for us. We are treated very well and would recommend anyone to stay here in Kunming.

As to your questions about the hotel, I was very satisfied with Kai Wah Plaza International Hotel's facility, staff service, location and surroundings. The aspects I appreciated most were; free broadband internet in the rooms with cables already available, courteous staff and elevator attendants, and non-smoking rooms.
I have one suggestion for improvement. On my last day I was provided with a wonderful pamplet, in English, that described Yunnan and contained a map of Kunming.
I would have like to be given that upon checking in.

For Question 1 - The hotel has a good location. I had an executive deluxe room, but I found the room has a poor size as its standard. The hotel facilities are moderate and the service is behind a five star hotel. The staff in the reception is not efficient and we wait for nearly half an hour for the check-in procedure.
For Question 2 - Yes, your booking center is prompt in response and helpful. Thanks very much for the help you have provided.
