The hotel looked nice and for the most part seemed clean. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and was always hot, even though the A/C was turned to the lowest setting. The staff was friendly and generally spoke English well. The breakfast was "okay".

The best hotel, very beautiful. Everything is really great: staff, location, the decoration of the rooms. We stayed here about 8 times. At the end of July we'll visit Dalian and of course we'll stay only in Kempinski.

Great location, beautiful decoration. I stayed in this hotel for two nights; I got very professional service in the hotel. Kempinski Hotes is really a standard five star hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time in Dalian.

A beautiful, modern hotel located directly across the street from Labor Park -- a great location! The staff was very polite and friendly during my stay. Room was very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to all the business men who came to Dalian.
