Narada Resort & Spa Sanya is situated in the west coast of Sanya Bay which has clean water and soft sand. You can get to Sanya Phoenix International Airport in 10 minutes by car and it takes 15 minutes to the downtown of Sanya. We will here for 4 days and the resort was pretty empty. The room was large and very clean; the dinner was reasonable price since we are from New York. The resort has a lot of programs and nice facilities.

Our family recently stayed at this resort for 5 days. The decor and landscaping are spectacular and are worthy of the 5-star rating. The rooms were large and the bath tub on the balcony was very novel and romantic. The pool was very good with waterslides for the kids (and adults). The beach was very nice and big! It was private so no locals or people trying to sell stuff. The food options were good but on the expensive side especially with the 15% service charge. The spa was also extremely nice with excellent service. Lastly, the programs and activities, especially for kids, (ours are 8 and 10) were not very good so it was swimming or nothing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but I would give the resort a 4-star only because of the lack of activities and social programs.

Though it is not genuine Kempinski as in Europe but here are some good things. Firstly, the hotel area is quite nice with huge swimming pool and a lot of green and flowers, and fish ponds, and waterfalls. The room I was in was very huge and clean. To be disappointed, no decorative objects in the room. No flowers or plants or something that could make the room a bit cosy. The beach is nice. We have heard the beach in Yalong Bay is nicer, well the only difference is the colour of the sand, and much more people on the beach in Yalong Bay. We liked the beach which was very big and clean. In conclusion, we enjoyed this trip very much! Thank you!

Stay in Kempinski Resort & Spa Sany I get a real resort feeling, no commercial. The lobby is something like the Beijing Courtyard style, and can see the ocean when step in the lobby. Not just the nature, with a fantastic view from the hotel, but also the modern area and the staffs' warm welcome was better than homecoming. The Band in lobby and Paulaner are fantastic, can say they are the best band in Sanya. Catch Seafood restaurant is a good place to have dinner, can order seafood as you like. Good taste and price. Only suggestion is the staffs of hotel should be trained more english communication skill..
