Everything was just fine, with the exception of the internet connection. the internet connection was very slow, so when travelling on business this is bad situation.

I have stayed at the hotel once. I found it is difficult to hail a cab outside the hotel since the hotel is located in a remote and quiet place. The surroundings and the interior fitments of the hotel are ok. The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The staff at the reception is kind and helpful. Regardless of the room rate which seems a little high, the hotel should be a better one in Kunshan. However, if the charge is a little lower, I am willing to return to it.

The booking experience with your company is satisfactory and smoothly. I will book the hotels and flight through your website next trip to China. Hope you will provide the same excellent service to me. Thank you very much.
