Dear Sir / Madame, Everything was arranged well by you TCG. I am fully satisfied As for the hotel, the location is good for shopping. Hotel staff is very kind, and infrastructure / location are very nice. Also with the hotel I was satisfied. It has easy transportation to the shopping area. While, the staff in this hotel is in low-efficiency and it took me more than 20 minutes for the check-out procedure.
