Dear Administrator, The hotel location is unbeatable, right in front of the West Lake. The surrounding area is also good and there as restaurants nearby. Getting to the railway station is easy. This is the first time I ever used this booking centre. I find the service and the response time very efficient. It is comparable to the other online booking service which I always used. The location is good as it is not too far from the city centre and the train station. The close proximity to Xihu (West Lake) is great for me and my friend because we enjoyed our time spent at the Lake. Service provided by hotel staff was also good, though the staff at reception could be more smiles as that would make guests feel warm and more welcomed.
