Lake-View Hotel, Hangzhou, located at the intersection of Huanchengxi Road, Binhu Road and Qingchun Road, is the most convenient four-star business hotel near West Lake. Business hours: 07:00 to 10:00 (Morning Tea, mainly Guangdong Morning Tea and local special snacks); 11:00 to 14:00 is lunch time; 17:30-21:00 is dinner time; both provide medium and high-grade Chinese dishes. The restaurant mainly offers Hangzhou cuisine and local cuisine, together with selected main dishes and genuine home-style dishes.

This is a great hotel - nice and clean and not too far from the West Lake. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous to make your stay memorable. They have always responded to our requests promptly. On a scale of 5, I would give it a 4. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who like a hassle free holiday.
I book this hotel room through TCG. I am impressed by the service and attentiveness of TCG staff especially Daisy and Amy. They have answered all my questions well and made changes to my booking in the most efficient way.

We had to pay a lot of extras. Breakfast is terrible. Fresh milk was poison. Rooms are OK, but noisy. "Swimming pool" is dirty!

I stayed one night at Lake-View Hotel. This hotel is very nice and clean except its indoor swimming pool (small and looks old/dirty). There are 3 restaurants at this hotel, the foods looks delicious but expensive. The location of this hotel is good, near to Westlake, shopping centre and food centre.
