Dear Sir/Madam
My partner and I enjoyed our stay at The Landmark International Hotel in Guangzhou. The hotel is well situated especially in regard to Guangzhou East railway station which is one of the reasons for which we made the choice of hotel. The facilities and staff are generally of the standard that we expected.
My main piece of feedback about the hotel is that our room smelt of smoke when we arrived although we had asked for a non-smoking room. In general the corridors and lifts smelt of smoke and smoking is now not acceptable or permitted in hotels and restaurants in most western countries which is what we have come to expect.
We will use your hotel again should we ever visit Guangzhou again. The booking process was particularly efficient.

Hi Lena,
Thanks for your service.
My parents and I had a very excellent stay in Landmark International Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally grant and the lobby is elegant and bright. Service staff at the reception were polite, though some of them (not all) should have putting up more smiles. The rooms which we checked in were immense in comfort and tranquility. They were clean and bright and we had a very good street view. However, we did not dine in any of the restaurants and hence could not comment the food and service quality. The location is somehow alright, except away from subway station. Nevertheless, getting a cab around the hotel is not a problem. All in all, of a scale from 1 to 10, I will say 8.5. This hotel is definitely in my list if I were to go to Guangzhou again.
Thanks for your help for giving us the opportunity to stay in this hotel. Again, I will certainly patronize your service portal for booking a hotel in the future.
Thanks
SK Lee

Excellent location, close to the Pearl River, Beijing Road and most imortantly for us, the wholesale gift and jewellery markets. The hotel had excellent service, very good food and amenities. The only downside was the poor lighting in the room which was also a tad on the smaller size. Thanks to Travelchinaguide.com - we will continue to use them for our bookings!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during Fair, the comments are as follows:
The hotel is not very easy to find. Remember to print the Chinese name and the hotel address out and take it with you. It will help the taxi drive to find the correct hotel much easier, since there are too many hotels in Guangzhou have a Guangzhou or Guangdong or Landmark in their names. Front desk is ok.
Efficient and helpful, but other merely speak good English. Room decor is very nice; however, the bed is very hard. The hotel seems do not have strict non-smoking district, people could smoke everywhere, even in the elevator.
The breakfast buffet is too overpriced: With little choice but costs $9 one person. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. You could find eatery easily with the similar price but good taste.
