(1) for the hotel: SATISFIED Good location with easy transportation, Comfortable room and useful room facilities, well-mannered hotel staff and reasonable room rate, I would like to stay in this hotel again next trip in Dali. (2) For the booking service: VERY SATISFIED. I used TCG service for my reservations during my trip in China, firstly, TCG staffs made very good arrangement for me, secondly, I got very quick reply each time I sent my request to them, thirdly, TCG booking service is reliable. The staff were mostly unhelpful and seemed to not care one way or the other what happened with their guests. The price was right, though. Very good quality-price even if the breakfast is ordinary. Well located in downtown. I shall return in this hotel. Good travel service inside the hotel. Then, i complained to them but no action taken. The next day after my shower at about 6.30 pm, when i used the hotel hair dryer. The hair dryer wire burst in fire. I was shocked and dropped from chair. But, with this incident, there is no safety tripped for the current. i was forced to pull out the plug from the plug point. i then complained and ask for my compensation for my LIFE-THREATENING incident! However, they refused to pay for their negligent.I hope to highlight this to whoever may need to come this hotel and take precautions.
