This hotel is not close to four stars. The service was poor and the food at the Yak cafe was Yuck! Toy should think about changing hotels in Lhasa. Guest Name : Mr. Steven Mendel(Guest) Nationality : American Updated : 2007-7-13 7:17:00 This is not a 4-star hotel! It is fairly clean and comfortable and the lobby is gorgeous. However the reception staff are inefficient and actually not there quite a lot of the time! The furnishings in the rooms are scruffy, the windows are not very clean, there is no outlook and the hotel is a long way from the centre of Lhasa.
