Good location, picturesque views, helpful and polite staff. We did not have enough time to make use of the facilities though. Also, your booking service was Good, reliable. Guest Name : Miss. We were very happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. In general, the staff are very nice. However, we made a couple of sightseeing arrangements through the hotel's concierge, and we were very disappointed by the service provided by the driver. We made one formal complaint to the hotel and got a 50% refund, which was acceptable. I hope the city's tourism office should take greater care in promoting business and not take the tourists simply as cash machines.
