The Hotel facilities was great and excellent, including the location which is close to the most popular tourism place Window of the world (WOW),happy Valley, and splendid china (SC)in Shenzhen, however the staff ability to speak English is the area should be improve, since when I asked WOW and SC place they doesn’t understand l.

The location of the Hotel is closed and excellent location, however, cause of communication problem, the staff can not able to explain how close the hotel to WOW, SC and how close the WOW and SC can be achieved by walk.

TCG was excellent service; I don’t have any problem with TCG service and rate it at “excellent services”.
