Hi Cheryl & Pauline, I enjoyed my shanghai trip and generally the hotel was good except the place is lonely after the show. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next year for the music china show. Thank you and keep in touch!

Location is great if you are going to the convention center, if its turism dont stay here is far from the downtown. We had a major rip off with the taxi from airport to hotel be aware !!! dont pay extra $$ or have the hotel pick you up!! Staff dont really speak english but overall good hotel for a business trip.

We were disappointed with the hotel. Location was very poor. Located in the back of the exposition center. Absolutely no restaurants, stores or anything interesting nearby. Need to take taxi to get anywhere and only private drivers waiting outside where you have to negotiate the price. The subway and train station is farther than stated, takes at least 20 minutes. Room smelled and was gloomy.
