The area is really good, surrounding by a lot of different kind of restaurants and coffee bar; but the stuff hardly speak English. There are not so many facilities in the hotel, for example the hairdryer is not in the room, but you have to ask at the reception.
The room is not clean at all, and because all the staff can't speak English, was not easy to explain this important issue to them.

The hotel location is good and the staffs are friendly. But room is a little small. Transportation around the hotel is convenient.

Whilst the room we stayed in was rather tired and could have done with a lick of paint the hotel staff and the hotel location were fine; the staff particularly tried very hard to help us in every way. We thought that the hotel represented very good value for money.

The booking service trough internet to TCG was great, also the reaction time and the help during my visit in china was great. i will use it the next time again.

Hi,
Nice staff. There are better located hotels than this, though most attractions tend to be far outside the city anyway. Room was adequate and the service was good. They organized flight tickets and an additional night stay without any hassle. The Chinese breakfast at 10 yuan was a very good bargain. Being coffee drinkers, we were yet again disappointed there was no coffee available at the hotel. Coffee appears to be foreign to most Chinese and for people like us accustomed to starting their day with a good cup of coffee particularly during the cold winter mornings, the cravings became distracting throughout our 2 week trip. Overall we would still recommend this hotel as good value for money though you may like to consider hotels located closer to good shopping and western food outlets.
The booking service was excellent with very quick turnaround of responses.
