We stayed at the hotel last year and found the hotel acceptable. The hotel location provides convenient access to subways and shopping areas. The Landmark is just several minutes walk distance. The hotel exterior and lobby are less luxurious than the other five star hotels. The interior design is outstanding. I like the bathroom very much. There is no comb in the room and we ask one.

Our only complain is that the service of the hotel is not very responsive. We asked for a king-size bed room and finally we got one two hours later. Besides, we waited long for the meals. We hope the management can pay attention to this problem.

However,our overall stay at the hotel is fine. Wish to return and will certainly book the hotel through your company.

This was my first stay with HK Mandarin Oriental and a memorable one to be proved. The hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. The standard of their service is topnotch. All my requests were met by the hotel promptly and the staff was efficient and predictable. Our room is tidy and roomy, the pillow is very soft and sheets smooth. The room made up everyday promptly and the glass walled bathroom and toilet were very clean and elegantly designed. I? very happy for choosing the right thing with reasonable cost.
