I did not like this hotel at all!
The Tetler brasserie was very crowded, noisy and food was everything but western!
Breakfast was a disaster!
The room at executive Floor was large enough but pluggs weren't working properly.
No value to be at the Executive floor.
I do not recommend this hotel for business trip.

Very amicable and obliging service staff who do their best to make your stay a comfortable one. They should open up the top 21th floor clubhouse. It was virtually empty on all occasions when i was there since it was reserved for presidential suite members. I rather they convert it to a quiet lounge to win more loyal customers over.

The hotel location was perfect; close to everything in downtown Shantou! Although the city surroundings did not match the elegant hotel, there were convenient resources within walking distance (ie: China South Mall, restaurants, etc). The staff was very helpful and the facility was immaculate!! Our room was spacious and bright!
