1) Booking and reservation run smoothly.
2) About the staff, still need improvement on the language especially English but overall the services were good.
2) Transport to Lo Wu Station was the best idea the hotel had planned.
3) The location of the hotel and its surrounding were great.
Lastly, the hotel should have more TV program in English or provide movies on FOC basis. This service will add to the advantage of the hotel.

Your service was excellent. All the questions that I had were answered promptly which gave me a peace of mind as this was the first time I travelled to Shenzhen without tour guide.
I will book again the next trip to Shenzhen. Price was reasonable and hotel was as good as a 5 star hotel. Location of the hotel was so convenient, it allows me to shop so much at Dongmen street and just need to walk back to the hotel within 10 mins.

We stayed in this hotel during the Xmas and very disappointed that the free shuttle bus has been cancelled. It was very inconvenient as the taxi wait at Luohu was extremely long. Booked in the 3 rooms for 1 week with 7pax but only 1 bathroom and 1pax free breakfast! Kitchen is available but without any utensils. Rooms are well cleaned everyday. Hope they will improve the kitchen facilities.
