Good, comfortable. Staff was polite. Allowed us to check in even we arrived early at about 10am. However we wonder why this hotel does not provide option of a king size bed.

Good & clean hotel, 5 minutes walk to bus stop but quite far to subway. Quite many restaurants around, only taxi is quite difficult to find from lobby.
If going to Shenzhen for shopping purpose I think the area is not quite convenient especially for elderly, if want to go to Dongmen shopping street, actually only about 10-15 minutes across the street but there's no crossing street, they have to walk up cross the bridge and would be tired for elderly. Other things are ok.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Dongmen shopping district, about 5 min walk surrounded by food places so it is quite easy to get a good meal. The customer service is polite and helpful. The massage service is so-so but you can ask for room service if you don't feel like going down to the parlor. The housekeeping is quite responsive to requests.
