Some of the staff know me now as it was my second visit, and one particular member of staff Toby Tang went the extra mile to ensure my stay there was enjoyable. 1. I found the staff of the Minland Hotel very good and the rooms were clean and tidy and contained all necessary facilities. For the price it was very adequate for my needs and I would stay there again.

There are two things which in my opinion need to be improved. Hot food at breakfast needs to be hot. There was little choice really in terms of western food.

Secondly, I do not know who chose the decor, but it looks like someone' idea of 1899 decor rather than 1999 when the hotel was built. It badly needs a makeover, to get rid of the brown colours everywhere.

2. The booking experience was fine and I found the response quick and very helpful. I would use it again.

I spent two months in this hotel.
All services were at the highest level and location of the hotel is good, and in an vital area it is also very close to Wal-Mart you could buy everything you need from there.

Room is modern, clean, internet access also available in everywhere inside the hotel.
Staff of the hotel workers more than excellent and helpful, the western food is acceptable but sometimes not fresh. But Chinese food is Excellent.
I miss everything there :)
