It was a pleasure to use your company to book my trip. Regarding the Motel 168 in Suzhou. I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel before. I had to ask the manager to quiet down some guests around 2am. They should have rules regarding noise or at least someone that goes to all the floors of the hotel and check if all is well. The staff was very helpful!!!

The location of this hotel is not ideal although it is near the bus station. The staff is not friendly and there is no non smoking room. I will not be booking this hotel again.
