I will certainly use your service again when I travel, but I will always have the same problem I had with the first booking. You ask your customers to give a credit card number to be certain for booking, but I never use a card. I always pay cash in advance, so I never have any troubles. This will make it difficult for the future. This time I only staid at the hotel 2 nights ( instead of the 1 night foreseen), but it could be in the future that I will stay one week or so. How about the booking then?

As concerns the hotel, it was very good. The facilities were very nice, the room was nice and also the location was excellent for the business I had to do. Some remarks anyway. It was very hard for the people in the hotel to find somebody who could speak English. This is a common problem in China. Secondly, it was a pity that they had a " western restaurant" but only during day and evening time. For the breakfast was only a Chinese breakfast foreseen, so I had to wait half an hour before somebody could bring me 2 backed eggs with some bread and coffee.

For a 4 star hotel this is a pity. I have been in 3 star hotels who already had this facility so a 4 star should certainly have this breakfast option.
