Nanjing Zhongshan Hotel is situated in the Xinjiekou section, the financial, business, culture and entertainment center of Nanjing. The Zhongshan Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to shops, transportation and metro station. Most of the view points can be reached by the metro, and the fee is only RM$2.00 for the first 8 stops, easy and convenient. The staffs are very helpful and prompt. The service of TCG was good, but don't understand why it has to take 5-6 weeks to refund the deposit money to its customers. Overall I would recommend the TCG and hotel services, and will use them again for future trips.

Greetings from Suzhou! I was very satisfied with the hotel. Its location is good, being very close to a Metro station, and with all kinds of shops, a Bank Of China ATM, and good areas for eating and drinking all within sensible walking distance. The room was good (and was quiet), and the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff were all excellent.. Overall I have no criticism of this hotel.
The booking experience through TCG was very good. All my bookings were handled promptly and correctly, and I have found that the hotels are accurately described on your web-site. I have found that the map that you supply of the hotel location + Chinese-language text for a taxi driver to read is very useful, as is the booking confirmation form that you supply to give to the hotel.

Hello,
This hotel was really perfect. Only problem was that there are two hotels in Nanjing with the same name. So the taxi driver dropped me at the wrong hotel. The location (in the heart of Nanjing) was perfect. The room was very nice. Very affordable rates. Very friendly and professional staff.

This service proved to be excellent. It was easy to use for a foreigner and you were prompt in replying to my e-mails. The stay at Zhongshan hotel was also excellent. The staff were proffessional, friendly and eager to help us with any queries. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. I particulary enjoyed the hot shower which was great after walking around seeing all the great sites that Nanjing has to offer.
