Booking service and internet handling ok.
We had an excellent experience booking our hotel through TCG. We had to change some of our plans at the last minute, and TCG was very prompt in helping us change our reservations. We will definitely be using TCG for future trips to China!
However, bathrooms are not very clean for a four-star hotel. And the room smelled like cigarettes' smoke. Staff doesn't speak very good English, and it was sometimes hard to understand what they were trying to say.
But I guess I got 50 bucks' worth. We should not expect much from four-star hotels in the first place, even though they do guarantee English-speaking staff and bathrooms with toilet paper.
2. Your service was satisfactory. You reply to emails very quickly, and staff is very helpful.
