The booking service through TCG is responsive and excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights. The Executive room was clean, and well maintained. The room has two queen sized beds, Leather Lounge Suite and PC in the room. The PC is in Chinese, so I only used the internet connection with my own PC. Air Conditioning stopped working after the 5th night, but it was still quite comfortable in the room. I would stay here again.

Checking out from this hotel was a nightmare really. There were 4 people behind reception and 4 people wanting to check out at the same time and they were trying to write receipts a for everybody and pay back deposits, I do not understand in this day and age why they were not computerized.

The facility was ok; room was old with lots of black stains on the floor. The bathroom was really dirty from age, bath itself was black stains again due to being old and there was a smell from the drain.

The location was very good but this hotel does not really cater for western tourists. Everything was written in Chinese so I presume that is where most of the hotels business comes from.

TCG Booking Center: service was very good and prompt.
