Let? begin with the location of the hotel. It was said located in the central heart of Tianhe District; however, it was not really in the center. Maybe ok for business traveler, but if you go to Guangzhou for leisurely shopping or want to visit some attractions like Chen Family Temple, it was too far away. The service: Like other Chinese-managed hotel in China, staff were not very professional. Check-in and check out slowly, greetings guests with blank expression.. The d?or of this hotel was a kind of weird, seems luxury but actually fake and not natural 18 century European style. Did not like it. Although had so many short points, the hotel? room was ok and beds were comfortable. Internet speed was fast. And the pleasant amenity was the Jacuzzi bath tub. Room facility was luxurious and very comfortable. Especially, nearby the hotel there is a big city bus station named "TianPiangJia" and transport is very convenient. Breakfast was good and delicious.
