Opened in 2003, New Century Grand Hotel, Xuzhou is located at the west bank of the picturesque Yunlong Lake. It is only 20 minutes' drive to Xuzhou Railway Station, and 40 minutes' drive to Xuzhou Guanyin Airport. The hotel is composed of a building complex including State Guest Building, VIP Guest Building, Distinguished Guest Building, Guest Reception Building, and Logistics Building, etc. What's more, it has various types of deluxe rooms, restaurant which can seat over 1500 guests, a multi-functional hall with an area of 1,000 square meters as well as 10 conference rooms of different types. About TCG: I really loved your service. The hotel address in Chinese, sent with the voucher, was wonderful. I didn't have any problem in none of the reservations during our visit in China. We made 8 reservations using TCG and all of them where perfect. We decided to change one of the hotels just one day before and we used your on-line service, that was wonderful too.
New Century Grand Hotel, Xuzhou: Very good hotel, but don't go in winter. They put us in a very cold room, on a very cold and far away aisle and after one night almost freezing we asked to change, because they told us that the heater really had a problem and they tried to charge more for the other room, but we refused to pay more and they accepted. Breakfast not so bad. They charge for the sauna (that's incredible!!!). The staff just pretend that they speak English and when you ask for something they do what they want. Good towels and good beds but they didn't give us the king size bed that I've asked for. I would stay at this hotel again (in summer...)..

I think the hotel and surroundings were great. The people at the hotel were very hospitable and helpful with all of my needs. They do a great job of making the guest comfortable and welcome.
My experience with this booking agency was very smooth and painless. The office followed up to confirm that the stay was what I had expected. The reservation was in place, and there were no problems with my stay. Keep up the good work. I will definitely use this service again on my next stay at this hotel again.

TCG service cannot be faulted and I will use it again. The New Century Hotel was great by a lake. However I had difficulty getting a taxi to the hotel as I did not know its known as Kai Yuan to the locals. I think it is a bit unfriendly to charge for playing table tennis and also the internet in the business centre (when it is free in the rooms). I also found the significant service charge for helping to buy train tickets rather money hungry rather than providing good service. Overall however it was quite a pleasant stay with friendly staff.

I would also like to add that the service in the New Century Grand Hotel Xuzhou was much improved. A few months ago you asked me to provide comments on the hotel and I made some comments about the hotel check in and check out service not being very efficient. I have to say that on my latest stay at this hotel I noticed a big improvement at the check in and check out and I would like you pass on my praise for them. Altogether a much improved experience.
