Thank you very much for your good service and also good hotel. Due to the promotion of your hotel and as I know well by this answer sheet its very important for you , herewith I suggest you two points which I think its very helpful for the hotel elevation :

1- I think the majority of your customers are Muslim .Hygiene is very important for them , Muslim must wash themselves after the toilet , so it is sincerely recommended to improvise the hose beside the toilet.

2- To grant the advantages to your permanent customer who comes every time to your hotel also is very suitable.. "If you look at the best airlines you can see that those airlines have many advantages for their permanent passengers , for instance they have membership card and by the more flight of the members , the more advantages will be granted ". I come for six years and each year three times to your hotel , I myself expect to make a difference between me ??as your permanent customer- and the one who comes for the first time to your hotel.

TCG did provide their prompt and efficient service to us. We got many useful information from them to avoid trouble, such us the distance from the hotel to railway station, hotel address, hotel facilities, etc. We will definitely use their service again and highly recommend to all of yours. As for New mainland hotel, it’s location was very good and nearby the railway station and Liu hua fair. When we arrived at the hotel, showed the receptionist hotel voucher offered by TCG, they arranged one nice non-smoking room for us efficiently. Also, everything in the hotel was as good as we expected. We enjoyed this trip of Guangzhou very much. Thanks again for your excellent service.
