The New Nanjiang Hotel (Xinnanjiang jiudian) is a 4-star business hotel located in Dongfeng Western Road, which is a prosperous area in Kunming. The hotel is adjacent to Baihui Business Square to its north and Daiguan Business City to its south, neighboring Cui Lake Park. The hotel has a variety of facilities. The contour of the hotel is like a ship, which is sailing on the ocean. The courtyard is elegant with large grounds and underground court yards.

We stayed in the hotel last year for three days. The experience was not pleasant and we will not return to it. We booked a suite through your booking center. However, the room was really upset.
1. The carpet of the room was really dirty.
2. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all.
3. There was no internet access. (However, it does not matter. Who will linger on the internet in daytime when traveling to Kunming?)
4. The air-conditioner can't adjust the temperature of the room.
5. The staff in the reception was not very efficient and it took us nearly half an hour to check out.
6. The breakfast was not delicious. The hotel facilities were not good.
7. We lost our room card and we were asked for a penalty of rmb50.
Only one strong point: the hotel has a quiet surrounding.
We really think the hotel should improve the management and provide a high quality service to customers.
