The hotel is well located near the center of the town and is likely the best in town. Whilst it is facing a very busy roundabout, the rooms are situated away from the street and extremely quite. A great location to recover from the crowded center of the city. We very much enjoyed the very friendly and correct reception by the hotel staff. They were very helpful with the booking of the recommendable Lightshow on the Li river. Our room was very large, clean and fresh with all necessary comfort. It was equipped with sober but stylish furniture. The only minor point was the price/quality of the breakfast and the attractiveness of the breakfast room. However, there are many places in town where one can enjoy a great and cheap breakfast on a nice location next to the point.
The hotel is well located to start several discovery trips by bus (to the Li-river) or by bicycle (to the Moonhill via the rice fields) and to experience the daily life of the local people. Net, we look back with great memories of our stay in Yangshuo.
The service of the TCG Booking Service to arrange the hotel in Yangshuo was excellent. Very responsive in finding a superb alternative (quality and price) to our first choice that was fully booked, very fast responding to my e-mails and providing very detailed information on the hotel.

About the New West street hotel in Yangshuo, relation between quality and price can be acceptable, but a little hard for western travelers, due that nobody can speak English.
Anyway, can be a good option.
About your booking service, it has work perfectly. When we arrive to hotel, booking was there.
Only I miss in your website is the option to pay flight tickets thru visa card, no thru paypal service.
