There are various sized meeting rooms in the hotel and the business centre provides fax, typing, photocopying, IDD/DDD, computer printing and email facilities. For recreation, there is a KTV room, gymnasium, sauna and disco. The hotel also has a foreign exchange desk and ticket reservation office.

Dining Option
  • HuaMei Garden Chinese Restaurant,Coffee Shop and Japanese Restaurant offer the typical of Cantonese cuisine,Huayang cuisine,Japanese cuisine as well as varieties of western cuisines,and the fully equipped business centre and meeting and banquet facilities cater to the different needs of conferences.

I booked two rooms in this hotel with TravelChinaGuide, and I stayed on the 25th and 26th floors. The rooms were the same price but very different rooms, only the corner room had panoramic views of downtown Wuxi. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of western, Chinese, and Japanese foods. We were told that the room rate includes one daily breakfast, additional breakfast was 55 yuan. I liked the breakfast in the hotel very much, thus I booked additional breakfast for my husband and my friends who traveled with me. Hotel is very clean. Staff does not speak much English. The front desk ran out of money over the weekend we stayed and could no longer change U.S. dollars into yuan. Fitness room was small with few machines. The hotel provides good service. I would like to recommend this hotel.
